Lucky Fan Index™ — Wisła Kraków

§1. General provisions

1. These terms and conditions govern the use of the Lucky Fan Index™ application (hereinafter: "Application").
2. The Application is an entertainment project created to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Wisła Kraków.
3. Use of the Application is voluntary and free of charge.

§2. Entertainment purpose

1. The Application is purely for entertainment and informational purposes.
2. Results generated by the Application (including Lucky Fan Index™, Destiny Points, fan categories and other indicators) are produced by a computational algorithm and are meant as fun — they do not constitute any official assessment, ranking or classification.
3. Results cannot serve as the basis for any claims against TS Wisła Kraków SA, its partners, sponsors or the creators of the Application.

§3. Login and identification

1. To use the Application, the user provides: date of birth (day, month, year), last two digits of PESEL number, first name and last name.
2. A unique hash (MD5) is generated from the provided data, used solely to match the user with attendance records. The provided data is not stored in plain text.
3. First name and the first letter of last name are displayed only to present the personalized result to the user.

§4. Data processing

1. By using the Application, the user consents to the processing of the provided data for the purpose of generating a personalized result.
2. Match attendance data is linked to information about purchased tickets and registered stadium visits (entry scans).
3. The Application does not share users' personal data with third parties.
4. User sessions expire automatically after 10 minutes.

§5. Limitation of liability

1. TS Wisła Kraków SA, its partners, sponsors and the creators of the Application bear no responsibility for users' interpretation of results.
2. Use of the Application does not give rise to any financial, legal or other claims by the user against the club, its partners or the creators of the Application.
3. The creators of the Application do not guarantee the continuity or availability of the service.

§6. Related regulations and privacy policy

1. Additional regulations and the privacy policy of TS Wisła Kraków SA are available on the official club website: wislakrakow.com.
2. Use of the Application is also subject to the regulations and privacy policy available on the club's website.

§7. Final provisions

1. Use of the Application constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice.
3. Matters not covered by these terms shall be governed by Polish law.
